Is it safe to book directly with South House?

Yes. Payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive written confirmation immediately after booking. You’re booking directly with the team that manages the home.

What happens if I need to cancel?

The cancellation terms are clearly shown before you book. Any refund due will be handled directly by South House under those terms.

Will the home match the photos and description?

Yes. We manage every home ourselves and keep the photos, amenities and access information up to date. Ask us before booking if anything is especially important.

What happens if I need help during my stay?

Contact us directly. You’ll speak to someone who knows the home and can help — not a booking-platform support queue.

Do you offer weekly or monthly stays?

Yes. Several homes work well for longer stays, including work trips, relocations and time between homes. Send us your dates, as longer-stay pricing may be better than the standard nightly rate.

Can I bring my dog?

Some South House homes welcome dogs by prior agreement. Check the individual property page or ask us before booking, as charges, limits and house rules vary by home.
